spent the weekend in Boston / New Hampshire. back home now.
i arrived just before the start of open houses on Saturday and left Monday Morning so i was able to hit up most of the open houses i was interested in, about 6 or 8 of them or so.
i also toured one house with an agent that wasn’t an open house.
my impression of the area …
New Hampshire = NO NIGGERS, but plenty of rednecks and also some light brown guys with white girlfriends …
Mexicans in centers of small towns, a few of them with muscles and clearly aspiring death row inmates …
overall though outside of a few spots, like actual centers of cities like Manchester and Nashua it felt pretty safe …
though it did feel quite run down in a few areas as well, with overturned shopping carts etc … but not in a menacing way
the two biggest disappointments were:
1 - women are all obese with cellulite on the legs, even 15 year old girls … like no joke 3 out of 4 young girls are obese with cellulite … i only saw two fuckable girls there - a 13 year old brown girl that did a little dance for me and a blond chick jogging … she was the ONLY person i saw jogging in the entire state in my 2 days there and also the only fuckable white girl despite the entire state being completely white …
2 - the roads are completely covered in potholes. my back was sore at the end of the trip from all the potholes. it is a miracle my rims and tires made it out of there. it is literally worse than in NYC and worse than anywhere i have ever witnessed EVER. i honestly thought NYC was the worst when it comes to potholes but Boston is TWICE as bad … no more like 5 times as bad.
when driving down to Boston from New Hampshire … things change …
but not the potholes. the potholes don’t change. they’re everywhere.
more important things do change though - women become fuckable - and it is not a subtle change.
whereas in New Hampshire women make you want to pour bleach into your eyes in Boston they make you want to be their cuck.
Granted it was 9 am but i must have seen about 20 or 30 girls jogging in Boston in less than an hour versus ONE girl jogging in New Hampshire in two days … i also saw a hot bimbo jogging in Manhattan on the way to Boston but it was near West Side highway … in NYC the jogging hoes are found in a few key areas like that, but in Boston they seem to be everywhere …
overall Boston the center is a lot like NYC but without Traffic, Niggers, Filth, Stench or Noise … oh and about a third of the girls in Boston are ASIAN and sexy !
one young Asian girl walking her poodle reminded me of my ex - she was very thin, dressed in all black and moved gracefully ( very rare for chinks who usually stumble on every step ). she was hot because it was obvious she is exploring her sexuality - she already knows she is hot, but haven’t yet figured out what to make of it …
so yeah New Hampshire is a dump, but a good kind of dump. a good place to have a basement where to store all your crap as well as a good place for a garage to keep your car. no Niggers. like literally almost none.
then if you want to feel like a part of humanity you can drive down to Boston ( about an hour ) and be surrounded by beautiful girls, both White and Asian. Very few other races, which is good.
of course Latinas are hot, but you might get killed by their drug dealer boyfriend.
frankly i wouldn’t even date an Asian girl because i wouldn’t want to associate with any of her friends or family, even so Asian girls are a step up from Latinas.
i did see a lot of blacks in my hotel which was about 10 miles from Boston center, but half of them were tourists and the other half janitors. i can deal with that.
in DC i was assigned a black woman as a real estate agent ( i had her replaced ) and a full half of all the front desk girls at the hotels were black.
i had to deal with MULTIPLE blacks in DC personally. in Boston i didn’t have to deal with a single one.
yes i SAW THEM but none of them had anything to do with me. all the front desk people were either white or light brown.
overall Boston a HUGE upgrade from DC except for potholes and … weather.
actually weather was perfect in both DC and Boston when i was there but i was in DC a month earlier - beginning of April vs end of April …
so overall you will probably have about a month less summer in Boston than in DC and about a month more winter that also gets noticeably colder … the colder weather also means smaller homes with smaller windows, higher heating bills and more potholes ( from freeze / thaw cycles ) …
however IMO it’s worth it if it allows you to trade Niggers for Asian Girls …
a few options still left to consider:
1 - staying in NJ
2 - Seattle
3 - New Zealand
but i liked Boston / NH overall !
though i also liked DC on my first trip. in fact i liked it even more on 2nd trip until that Nigger got in my face and i was forced to face the fact that DC was a Chocolate city ( something i was in denial about ) …
maybe on my 2nd trip to Boston i will have some kind of massive tire blowout on a pothole and end up crashing the car and that will sour me to Boston the same way the Nigger soured me to DC … but right now i am Bullish on Boston !

this is the problem - there are very few beautiful poor ( and therefore low maintenance ) girls. there are some - like a teen girl i went out with who had no mother and an alcoholic father, but for the most part a beautiful girl needs both good genetics, good nutrition and good lifestyle and those are almost never the case in lower class households …
for example there are a lot of beautiful girls on swimming teams in the pools i swim at. but what poor families pay for their daughter to be on a swimming team ? none. all those hot girls with perfect bodies on the team come from middle class or above families.

i finally understand it.
what happened to women more than anything is fragmentation. women didn’t all get fat. some women got fit, some got anorexic, some got obese, some shaved their heads or have purple hair …
there is a woman for every taste now, with the natural looking ones perhaps being the most rare because a woman either tries to control how she looks or does not. if not she becomes a land whale. if yes she will invariably over-do it and either become anorexic or muscular.
looking natural is probably the hardest. i actually look natural now, which is probably why i get more attention from girls than i did when i was jacked.
being jacked means you’re either gay, insecure or mentally ill. being fat means you’re a worthless slob. being normal weight but without muscle makes you look sickly and weak. but if you can have muscle, but not too much and be proportional ( not just have huge biceps and nothing else ) that is what makes a positive impression on women - you don’t look gay, weak, sickly or mentally ill - you just look the way a man should look ( having a beard helps ).
since i have known a few girls while being both jacked and not jacked, fat and not fat i was able to get their perspective on which version of me they preferred and universally they preferred me when i was thin / lean versus fat ( not surprising ) but more surprisingly they didn’t care much for the muscle and in some cases found it repulsive …
of course even at my least muscular i am still more muscular than 90% of men so i am not saying that having no muscle is a good look, but rather you can certainly have too much muscle ( at least when using steroids ).
i was more often judged ( by both men and women ) for having too much muscle than for not having enough.
on other hand i was only ever judged for being too thin by my permabulk gym bros, whereas i was judged for being too fat by everybody ( and beaten for it as a kid in school ).
so the point is - focus on losing weight, rather than on building muscle. you will live longer and you will be accepted by more people.
you SHOULD of course work out, but don’t try to build freaky muscles - instead focus on being proportional / symmetrical. this is also what is good about exercises like Olympic Weightlifting is that they inherently build a well proportioned physique as compared to something like curls or bench press.
of course you shouldn’t ONLY do Olympic Weightlifting but the point is make sure you spend more time / energy on whole-body exercises than on isolation exercises.
isolation exercises may give you crazy bicep peaks but that will just let girls know you spend your whole day looking at your biceps in the mirror like a faggot. a physique built with exercises like Olympic Weightlifting will just make you look strong and healthy, which is what girls want to see.
after 2nd tour of the area i have to say houses there are very small, old and expensive.
reminds me of what somebody said about Norway - people drive $100,000 Teslas and live in tiny old homes.
there is definitely an appeal to Harvard, MIT and all the associated tech in the area like I-Robot ( Roomba ), Boston Dynamics, Bose, BAE systems etc.
and there is definitely appeal to an area being almost completely Nigger free …
but there are downsides too … long winter, potholes everywhere, most homes have no natural gas line, only Propane Bottles and are old, small and expensive …
and that tiny 1,900 SQ FT home will cost more to heat than a 3,000 SQ ft home in NJ ( because nat gas is 1/2 price of propane ) or any size home in Florida ( because you barely need heating there ).

it is very odd when i look at listings in Florida most homes have been on the market for like 60 days
when i look at listings in New Hampshire homes were on the market for like 5 hours
they pretty much all sell by Monday after open houses on saturday and sunday
and they pull as much $ for a 1,900 SF home as a 3,500 SF home in Florida
WTF ?
i am not talking about homes in Boston, but homes an hour drive away from Boston in complete fucking woods …
basically the cheapest homes in New Hampshire are about as much as the average home in Florida despite being half the size …
and they all sell in a week in NH while they take 2 or 3 months in NY or Florida
People in New England have more money to spend. Also, Florida, despite the glowing coverage it has received in the past few years, is a shithole swamp filled with crazy people and it’s not a very desirable place to live nine months out of the year.
i agree with all of that - people in New Hampshire are whites while those in Florida are either Retirees or Cubans so the demand ( what people are willing and able to spend ) in New Hampshire is higher than in Florida, but why isn’t supply catching up with demand ?
you would think that if people were willing to spend on homes in NH there would be more homes built there … and yet homes are being built in Florida instead, where people are spending a lot less on homes …
something interesting happened as well - when i was touring NH every home i favorited on RedFin sold within a week but now they are all gone altogether. the entire price range now shows empty on the map.
so basically it was some kind of a market shock where the demand suddenly jumped, homes were all selling within days, literally within 3 or 4 days half the time, and then market adjusted by raising the prices - all happened within about a month or two …
decent homes start at about 450 grand in Florida and only a month ago they started at about 550 grand in NH but now it’s 700 grand …
just doesn’t seem like a good time to be buying in NH … or maybe it is fundamentally more difficult to build there due to all the mountains than in Florida …
also i don’t use the same filter in NH and Florida. in NH my filter requires a basement while in Florida it requires a large lot ( to put a storage shed ). obviously basements cost money to make but it’s something like $50 grand not $200 grand ! ! !
so i agree with you the demand being higher in NH makes sense. what makes less sense is lack of supply …
i mean if there are not enough Mexican Illegals in NH for the construction jobs that might explain higher construction costs … but they DO HAVE mexicans there - not a lot - but should be enough to build the tiny amount of homes that are getting built in that area …
or is a more expensive area more expensive across the board - including what you have to pay Mexican illegals …
