FBA = Foundational Black Americans in other words descendants of Slaves, in other words blacks who feel they are entitled to reparations
non FBA = blacks who immigrated to US out of their own free will, who would obviously also get reparations because reparations are about compensating for low IQ of blacks and has nothing to do with history of slavery
