then question is - what for ?
3D printing is extremely slow, raw materials expensive and resulting products heavy and fragile.
3D printing could be literally life saving in a setting such as a space ship where you can’t just click “buy” on Amazon and have the thing you need delivered to you the next day. it is also great for inventors who can make a prototype and demonstrate it to investors in order to secure millions of funding needed to set up proper manufacturing.
but for mass production 3D printing is idiotic.

well guns are a legitimate use case for 3D printing because it answers the question “what for” …
obviously guns can be much more effectively produced with other technology except you won’t be allowed to buy them …
with 3D printing you make them yourself and nobody needs to know …

in the movie “Possessor Uncut” ( director is the son of the “Cosmopolis” director ) one of the characters has a job where they log into your webcam to collect information and it shows disgusting old people masturbating and so on - they have no idea they are being spied on - it’s a horror movie / sci-fi about near future. lots of gore. i probably reviewed it.

Audiobooks is the answer sonny. Go for a bike ride if its safe or just walk somewhere nice or jog and listen to an audiobook.
Personally though whats the point of reading all that shit? We know what they are doing - nothing that will make your life better 
The only thing one should concentrate their effort at this point is to accumulate enough money ($10 mil +) to at least have a tiny moat against all the heinous shit thats incoming and it will be incoming for the plebs first who are 95% of population. At least with lots of money you can delay the effect and escape some of it.
there is no objective need to survive or procreate nor is it possible to live forever.
however if being successful and rich makes you happy then you should obviously do that.
i once told you how my parents taught me that money is evil and you said that is stupid … at the time i also thought it was stupid, but since then i was able to analyze the situation further.
my mother married my father out of greed and to cover up for this greed she taught me the opposite of what she actually believed. all she ever wanted was money so she taught me that money was evil. and my father because he was a clever sadist simply stood back and let my mother brainwash me in order to ruin my life because all he ever wanted was for me to suffer.
re money it allows you to exist w some degree of autonomy at least as opposed to being a 100% slave … w money you can at least bypass certain restrictions (not a lot but still) …
re parents, parents fuck up kids who grow up and then in return fuck up their kids etc etc never ending cycle probably happens to majority if not all people. At some point though you gotta say ok this shit happened how do I “fix” it so it doesnt do damage for the rest of my life / time on this planet though, using that pain as motivation for growth, change etc, wouldnt you agree?
re money: for example if you had fuck you money during pandemic you could have flown to sweden or at least lived in Florida where it wasnt as bad as the rest of US … you also are not dependent on a corporate job where you are mandated to be vaccinated etc… of course this was just a beta test and v2 is coming which will make sure that the ones who didnt get vaccinated will this time around but again there will be enclaves to where you can escape to with money somewhere but it will be expensive
and with them actively destroying middle class its only getting harder and harder to get the fuck you money They want you to be a corporate slave with incoming CBDC where if you dont play ball you dont just get banned from social media they also turn your money off and you are fucked.

this is probably the best reason to have money - to be above the law.
in the past being above the law was a perk - fucking kids and all that.
in the future it will be the only way to survive let alone reproduce.
